I made this flower crown in January and still had my hair growing freely. I had my right side cut short, so I tried to hide it at times. It was actually quite annoying because I didn't have a good cut in my hair. And I'm not that good at doing my hair...
February
Got my fringe done and had my 20th Birthday. I ordered my very first pair of overalls from New Look.
My sweetheart kitty, he was 9 years old at the time! I had started to forget how furry he was...
I think I really liked this outfit, I looked very girly and different to what I am used to wearing.
April
There ain't that much to say about April, this is the only outfit I sent here then.
I really love 90's/punk/grunge styles. For the rest of the time I was probably working when I had work and doing some thrifting and just being lazy.
May
May was a party month, friends and relatives and so on. We had super hot days and cooler days. I love the combo of my vintage Levi's 501 jeans, white cardigan and a flower jacket.
I also came a cross a disappointment, but life is to live and learn.
June was a quiet month in my blog, I didn't post at all. I think it ws because I was working long hours.This picture was taken in the woods, I really love nature in the summer, everything looks so pretty.
July
Oh, the sunlight, the food (a lot of food), the waters... My all time favorites, sunflower crop top and a black velvet skirt. And of course a chain necklace. I could had been wearing those three all the time! Like I've said before, I am not a winter girl, just can't be. To me there is nothing better and calming than a summers evening with a beautiful sunset, nights that won't get dark (except when you really just want to sleep!), a night swim, flowers, all the smells... There was a bit of stress about my future as I needed an apartment for the next month.
August
August was a month of change. I moved to my own apartment in a new city and started my school. Before that my family took a trip close to Lapland, there were so many reindeers. Can't say I was a happy driver when they were walking straight in front of me on the driveway. It was a pretty place and no mosquitos in sight.
September
September was the saddest month of the year. I still get strikes of sadness when I think about my kitty. If you have been following me or just came a cross it, he died in September at the age of 10, he had a tumour. I guess people don't really like it when you talk about sad things in blog, as it is thought to be a happy place where you can share outfits and other things, but to me it's also about important things. This is the last photo of me and him together, I took it a day before I took him to the vet. It was the longest day of all my life. I'm even about to tear up now that I'm writing this. His belly had gotten bigger and bigger, I hadn't seen it all because I was in my new hometown and when I came back it was just awful. It was really big and I was already then sure that it just can't end up well. I took him to two different vets and the first one already told me that there was a lot of liquid inside of him and that she didn't know how they would get it out. To save you from all the other details, the short story is that the tests showed up that he most likely had a tumour all around his intestines. When that happens there is really nothing you can do. Or there is a change of an operations but it wouldn't had been good, as it was too far and the prognosis for this operation isn't good. I had just strated my school to became animal attendant...
As life has to go on I did share some outfits and finally found myelf a pair of sandals. It was the end of summer, I probably wore them like 3-5 times. Ha. Can't wait for next year!
October
I enjoyed some beautiful sunsets and thunderstroms, collected mushrooms with family and wondered around. We also went to see some little kitties. How cute are they? This outfit is one of my favorites of the year.
November
We got our new little girl kitties at the end of October and shortly after November started. It actually feels like we have had them for much longer! They are called Miilu and Misse.
I made a stray from skirts and dresses and put on some jeans! I bought the huge pastel pink cardi from H&M. I've really been loving cardigans this year.
December
Santas little helpers :) Miilu helped me with Christmas presents and our Christmas tree was a hit. They managed to brake two glass ornaments... Oh well. Oh, and one candle holder.
I also came to the conclusion that a girl can have many clothes with a flower print.
Last outfit of the year, I've been wearing this several times. :)
